Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Photos or video of the issue
• Description of the problem

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect selection

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being delivered to a country in the European Union, you are entitled by law to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason. However, the product must be:

• Unused and in original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
